*SOLD* – Behind Pipe Reserves in a Current Well

*SOLD* Originally a Woodbine horizontal well that had a good oil show in the Sub-clarksville also confirmed by mud and electric logs. The two nearby Sub-Clarksville wells have substantial production (1.73 BCF + 17.9 MBO & .75 BCF + 20.5 MBO) with "look alike" zones. We have very comprehensive reports, maps, logs and information. The Geologist suggests this well has an indication of a more “oily” reservoir than the nearby Sub-Clarksville wells. Additional positive consideration is the ETC pipeline being within 100 yards of the well! This is a great value with a very low cost verses drilling, has substantially less risk and also much of the equipment needed to produce.
